Amendment Four is all about how the goverment should not be able to go into someone house, without a search warrent or a written document. This amendment also says that the goverment can't walk in your house because they have a suspicion about what your doing. You don't have to let them in if they don't have a search warrent. A search warrent is a warrent that allow the goverment to enter your house. To get this search warrent the goverment must get permission from a judge. The amendment was ratified in 1791 and is part of the Bill of Rights.
